Why do we allow immigrants in that dont respect us?

I totally agree, it's so true. Alot of people in the US come here, and don't bother to learn the ENGLISH language. Instead now some places job requirements are you be bilingual. Why should I have to learn a different language to work in a primarly ENGLISH speaking country? That is so F'd up.
