Would you consider this racist?

Idk i was just thinking about it and statistically speaking indians have lots of children. If i were to say "indians have lots of children." would that be racist? In india the average family has (i cant remember off the top of my head) but it was like 7 children per family. so technically since its a fact would it not be racist. (that being Most indians live in india..obviously)
