How much time can you get in jail for...?

my sis boyfriend has went to jail. It shows MFG/DIST METH 1ST, POSS OF SCH I, POSS OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. His bail is set as $27,000.00 I was wondering how long he could get? This isnt his first time in jail he was in jail last year for drug charge and a few times before that. He's in the state of SC. Any help thanks.
