Abdominal hysterectomy?

reason for is tubes tied,dontwant no more kids have 15,13,12year olds,bleeding none stop all month,pain all the time,had about 10 dnc,and scopes,been on pill over 13 years and still dont help tryed about everything,i dont think i have any more options,feel like im going crazy,have hot flashes,miserable,pain,can it really be any worse?
