Is 99 pounds for a 13 year old girl who is 5'1 underwieght ?

ive been asking and asking this question but i never get an answer . ive looked at bmi calculators and it says my bmi is 18.3 . i feel that im extremely fat like a hippo and i wanna be 90 pounds (85 pounds would be good too).
