How do you get rid of cloudiness on automobile headlight covers?

i purchased a 2004 infiniti g35 6 months ago, and the dealer had the headlight lenses buffed out due to cloudiness, now they are starting to cloud up again. ive tryed every cleaner imaginable and nothing works, anyone out there have any ideas? thanks
