Cat tail hanging by sliver of flesh and exposed bone?

a cat can live without its tail it uses its whikas for its balance if u and your mum are taking care of this cat then well done if no one has its tail amputated it will cause infection so i think you and your mum have really good souls to do this. let me know how it goes i love cats they are really caring animals
