What are your sugestions in fighting the War on Terror in Afghanistan-Pakistan?

It would be a good idea to stop movement to Britain and the West ( Aghanistan and Pakistan). Pakistanis are involved in almost all islamic terrror attacks. How wise is it to know this but still let more in to 'study?'
