What should i do about a guy i like?

so there's this guy I work with and i had a huge crush on for the longest and so one day i went uo to him and told him i have the biggest crush on him and he felt the same way so we exchanged numbers. since then he has spent the night at my house twice (there was no !) and he took me out one time, and the date was ok. however all the time im with him all he talks about is work! no matter how much i try and dirvert the conversation away from work somehow we end up talking about it! plus I feel like whenever we talk, he is not really too interested in what i have to say cause we will talk about it for a bit then of course time to start talking about work again. what should i do? give it more time or just leave it be! plus whenever we went out with me and my friends they thought he was kind of weird cause he didnt even change his clothes when we went out, and he had to drink in order to loosen up and have a good time! i think he's real weird but he is such a sweet guy! i like him so much and i know he does too! please help!
