Is Naruto Shippuuden going to be translated into English Dub?

I've watched all Naruto episodes on the Internet and I'm far into the Shippuuden ones. Is Naruto Shippuuden going to be translated into English Dub? Cause it's not the same as pausing it and reading the paragraph-long text that Kakashi, or someone, has just came out with. If it is, then how long will it take? Or, is there a site wth this info on it saying what dates the first Shippuuden eps will air on?
