I want to apply to UCLA. Stanford and Berkeley.can I get in?

I'm from Thailand, but attend an accredited american international school. By the time I graduate, I would have five ap courses; bio, word history, chem, calculus, and comparative government. My current GPA is around a 4.2. In my freshman year I was elected cl representative to student council at our school. As I thai citizen I undergo ROTC (army) training, in order to avoid enlistment. My sopre and junior year has been rather quiet, where I wasn't involved much in activities or community services. Though next year, I'm going to try to fit in some more community services. Do I have a chance of getting into UCLA, Stanford, or Berkeley?
