How would you envision the world to be like if everyone were one color?

With the same facial structures, and we all believed in one superior being. Do you think that would have seized all the controversial problems we are facing today such as wars? Or do you think that the same stuff would have still happened because each individual has their unique opinions and that may have triggered conflicts between people?
