Areas best to live in perth?

Looking in moving to Perth have looked at a few suburbs & wondering if there the right chooses, looking at Canning vale, Ferndale, Cannington, Bentley, Belmont, Vic Pk, Queens Pk could someone advise me on theses areas please. Thankyou
