Affects of Darwinism on Christianity?

Scientific discovery has no effect on true Christianity because truth cannot conflict with truth. Christians who have false beliefs resulting from unauthoritative personal interpretation of the Bible may have difficulties confronting proven scientific facts. My Church does not, since its teachings are guaranteed true by its founder, Jesus Christ.
